AS MY PRODUCT WAS UNDER WARRANTY DURING MY FIRST COMPLAINT HOWEVER COMPANY ENGINEER VISITED THREE TIMES TO REPAIR THE LAPTOP BUT MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT COMPLETELY SOLVED AS SPEAKERS WAS NOT WORKING .THIS THING IS ALSO WELL KNOWN BY THEIR ENGINEER AND HAVE MENTIONED IN THEIR REPAIR FORM AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPAIR MY LAPTOP BY SAYING THAT YOU PRODUCT WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED. AS MY TAG NO IS 62R62M1 MY PH NO IS [protected] AND I WANT TO SAY MY PENDING REPAIR IS IN CONTINUTION OF MY FIRST COMPLAINT THAT TIME MY LAPTOP WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM
