Hi,

I wish to bring to your kind notice the following few lines:

I have applied withdrawal of my provident fund contributions (employer& employee) in the month of September 2010 to the Commissioner PF Organisation Bangalore. Through DELL INTERNATIONAL BANG LORE.
Who has forwarded the same to PF Organisation on 19th October 2010. The same was acknowledged by the commissioner.
Despite my repeated requests/ reminders/ e-mails on various dates, there is no response from PF commissioner till date.

I request you to kindly take up the matter with PF commissioner for early settlement of my PF withdrawl so as to enable me to meet urgent medical expenses.
