Hello,
I bought a dell laptop on Dec'2012, with in 1 month it has been stopped working due to motherboard failure(said by technical support). When I registered the compliant, the laptop got replaced after 12 days.
For replaced laptop also there is issue with the LED display after 1 month, after registering the compliant they sent the engineer for part replacement. Here the engineer came with faulty part(with already damaged part). So, here the part is not replaced and processed a new dispatch with new part.
After 4 days, in their database they logged as the problem is fixed with the new dispatch, which is not happened. When I call to the tech support, they have not supported me with the proper information and they said that they want few more days to fix this issue without understanding my problems.
Here I believe that, dell is providing the hardware with poor quality(problems arises after 1 month of purchase).
