[Resolved] Dell — Laptop Service | |||
I bought a DELL INSIRON 15R and there was some problem with its speaker within one week. I called Dell technical support and they sent an engineer. But that person was unable to fix the issue and I have to take my laptop to dell service centre. They said that the issue will be fixed within a week and they will call me once it is done. I got a call on friday that it will take sometime as we are going through shortage of the part that is to be replaced. Then after 3 WEEKS I got my laptop back. The speaker problem was fixed and there were following new problems which were not there earlier. 1.) File transfer using bluetooth was not possible. 2.) Mcafee anti-virus was provided when I purchased the laptop but now that anti-virus was also not there in my system. Above all when I asked the representative who was there in Dell service centre that these are the new problems which were not there earlier, he said that you cannot proove that these problems are created from our side and totally denied from taking any responsibility. Is this the quality of service that Dell provides? Was this information helpful? | |||
