[Resolved]  Dell Laptops — Dell Is Not Providing Proper service & threaten to destroy warranty

Dear Sir

With Respect i would like to inform your authority that dell company with well image in market working in our country, that company are making mental harassment and lots of frode with me,

Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team are not Providing Proper service

This Team making me full for last ( 31 ) Thirty one days, i have requested to dell customer care on 05/January/ 2012 and also sent mails to all higher authority of dell company, they sent their engineer at 11 o'clock on 27 / January / 2012 but that engineer was came to change the spare in my laptop,it was bad parts which sent by company ( Mr.Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team ) to make me full, but for his and his company satisfactions he change that spare in my laptop, but the spare is already Bad parts how it can work in my laptop ? but to make me full he tried to do that, and than after their higher authority officer Sridhar and his team committed me to wait for two days.We will try to best and promise to me we will resolve your problem, if the same thing will not be happen in Feature, than they will be try but Problem not solve, and i give him to make a try to give me earlier best solution, then Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team sent parts (Second time motherboard, IO panel,Cpu Coolin Fan) same problem as over heating &hanging problem at that time 31 / January 2012,

Further Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay& His Team Want More Two (2) Days For Solve this issue,we give him, Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team sent parts at 03/February /2012(Third time motherboard, IO panel,Cpu Coolin Fan) But Now in third time engineer changed motherboard,Motherboard is all ready dead parts no display founding now

Further Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team want more two days time for chanege (FOURTH TIME motherboard , io panel , cpu cooling fan)
Dear Sir My Laptop Is not One Type of Institute,Your Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team Are working in lot"s time in experiment,his team work in TRY & ERROR, BUT NOT SOLUTION GIVEN

I AM SUFFERING IN 31 DAYS DEAR SIR ,Mr Shridher,Suzuan,sanjay & His Team THREATEN ME AND SAY TO ME YOU HAVE TWO OPTION (1) IF YOU WANT SOLUTION YOUR PROBLEM ,SENT ME YOUR LAPTOP AT BANGLORE (2) I SENT MY ENG.FOURTH TIME AND TRY TO SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM

BUT WE ARE NOT COMMITTED TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM

They give me a silly reason that they are busy in repairing other laptop, they also threaten me that They will destroy my warranty and will not give me any further service in future

NOW WHAT CAN I DO? I GIVE ME MY LAPTOP FOR MORE EXPERIMENT ?

After this type of work What Are expecting Company from customer(me) ? I am making my Work(Job) very well but company ?

How To Co-oprate With company to change my laptop part fourth tiime ?After 31 Days company is not Co-oprate with me, Speech less Work company are working,

Mr.sir at selling time you COMMITTED TO ME 1 YEAR ONSITE COMPLETE COVER WARRANTY Providing dell ,

NOW WHAT ?
KINDLY GIVE ME PROPER SOLUTION..............

Dell Laptops — refund of money

i have a laptop of dell.on the 11may i faced some problem in my laptops so i called in dell customer services..at that time i had no warranty.i had talked to one of the technician of dell and he told me that your mother board is not working so you have to give 14,440.i had no option but to give this money because i am an it student and most of my time went on my laptop.when the engineer came he told me that you have problem in your ram not in the motherboard..i was shocked.i called in the dell and after 10 days means on 14 jun they told me that your dd will be dispatched to you within 10 days but now it's 10 of august and i haven't got any dd.i have sent a lot of mails and called so much time in dell but every time i have been told that my work is under processing!!!!what should i do now?

DELL — no proper solution for issues

i am calling to dell customer support for reinstalling my system, no proper solution after 1 month too, after complaining many times. after my purchase, the touch pad got faded and complained, no solution. now too same, i have to get it repaired from out side store. hard drive collapsed didn't get any solution and i got it changed from outside. now i am unable to install my original vista. i am calling for 1 month. no solution found yet.
