My self Rajesh Jain and I bought a Del monitor on 17-Mar-2013 from Veera Enterprise (Invoice is attached). I got problem in monitor within 24 hour. I reported same to DEL CS on 18-Mar-2013 and complaint # in[protected].
As per Del I must get fresh replacement as problem occurred within 72 hours. But I am still waiting for the replacement till date.
Del is telling that Selling must happen within 90 days from Order Date. Dealer sold me the monitor which was ordered before 90 days, dealer did not tell me anything like this (why would he tell?).
After daily followup with DEL-CS they approved fresh replacement and Divya Sareen ([protected]@dell.com) wrote mail to Mr S.Narula on 25-Mar. But never saw conversesion on the same.
Finally DEL CS escalate the same to higher escalation team after 2-3 days and I got call on 27th from escalation team with the commitment that I will get solution within 2-3 days.
I did not get any update in next 2-3 day and finally I called DEL CS again on 3rd, result was same commitment.
Again I waited for net 6 days and I did not get any update. I called DEL CS on 08-Apr-2013 but agaim same commitment thatI will get solution in next 24 hours.
I did not get any phone from Dell till 11-apr-2013.
I am waiting for solution from almost a month.
