Hi,
I own an Inspiron N4010 Laptop(Ser Tag: 1CH66BS), But intermittently Iam facing some serious issues on that.....
After one month from the purchase I was facing an issue like system stuck.(I won' be able to even end task- only way I should do a force
shutdown to get back to the old stage)
Initially I registered Complaint in Online support they provided me some tips.that didn't work.
So I took lap to the Service centre The said it is a OS issue. They were not ready to accept
the laptop even for OS change also... The reason They said , The laptop I purchase without OS.
So they will not be able to do the service on That.... How ever it is a product from Dell(Whether with OS or without OS) at least they could
have do some testing.
Then after few months I approached dell support again for the same issue....
The given me updated graphics driver link and BIOS link... I did all that installation and update
Then the stuck issue have solved for few weeks....
Then it was started to give blue screen error every day twice or thrice
Again I contacted to dell support team, they made me on hold few min and
they transferred the call two or three sections... finally the call got disconnected.. After
that I was keep on calling to your tall free number there was no reply from the dell team
my warranty is going to expire within few months.. I heard that dell is best for after sale service.
So I preferred to go with dell.
But now I am not satisfied with my laptop... I don' think that dell want their customer to be unhappy ...
So I am looking forward for your positive support ASAP ie, permanent solution from the problem which i am facing........
