DELL - Overly Priced repairs

I Have a Dell XCD 35 under warranty.

One fine day the display was not working and when I took it to service center the guy said that the display was broken and was not covered under warranty.

Moreover he was charging 7000 Rs for Display repairs for a mobile which sell around 8000 Rs

Also he said will take a month to repair. Please as a loyal customer for dell laptop did not think that an organization as Dell will fall for cheap way of making money.

Please review your prices and contact me as soon as possible on 9377753503. Waiting Dell Support!!
