Sir,
My computer has got damaged as it dropped from the table. It is under full accidental warranty so I called customer care and call is received by Ishmeet kaur and i told her that my laptop has got damaged by falling from the table. She registered my complaint (complaint no.[protected] and told me to send the pics of my dell laptop(showing the current status). today in the morning when i send them the pic after 20min i got the call from Ishmeet kaur and she told that the damages are not related to the complaint i have made them and when i again told her that it has got damaged in that way only then she transferred the call to her senior Raghu and again he told me the same that these damages are relevant and it is not damaged only by falling from the table.
Then i told, how can i prove that it has got fallen from the table only. Then he just said sorry we are not going to replair your laptop part under warranty, i have to pay for the replacement. When i told him that i will go to the consumer court for this, then he told me that he is transferring his call to higher authority then his phone got cut. After 2 hr i got call from Ravindra(ph-[protected]) he told me that he is a head of dell technical support and wanted apology for not repairing my laptop and told me that they are not going to repair my laptop under warranty.
I don't know how and what should i do for this sir. Please give me some solution asap sir as it's warranty is going to expire on 22nd of feb..
