I WAS a great friend of Dell products.
I always suggested and purchased dell products till now,Dell had unmatched service till I ordered for a battery.
I purchased an Inspiron 1564 (1KYV4BS) laptop from dell in feb 2010, everything was fine with that .
In Jan 2011 I face some backup issue with my battery , I called Dell they asked me to update the bios, I did that It helped me a little.
In March my battery completely broke down .
I asked dell for quotation in july, I got a quotation on 15 July from GAZAL Dhingra ([protected]@dell.com) stating that there is only one battery left and I have to make the urgent payment to get the battery.
I did the same and mailed the details to dell (GAZAL). But after that I didn’t receive any call or reply from dell. I called a number of times to dell but evet time they give me a PARROT answer “We are extremely sorry from dell and your problem will be sort out” but all in vain. Then one day I got a call from Dell on 25-26 July saying that my payment has not been received to dell.
On 25-26 august I somehow managed to talk to their manager ,he assured me that dell will call me back about the matter but no call, no mail.
I was just shocked I called Dell on 28 stating all the matter but nothing happened.
Will anybody at dell will tell me that what they have done with my Rs 3000.00 and will they deliver the battery or not.
