[Resolved]  Dell Vostro 1015 — Driver cd not included and no response from customer service

I purchased a DELL Vostro 1015 as per following details:

Service Tag : 8NCTWK1
Express Service Code: [protected]
Date of Purchase : 17/12/2009
Merchant Name : COMPUTER HEART ( PHONE NO:[protected] , [protected], [protected]
Place of Purchase : Guwahati Assam
Amount paid : Rs 31,750/-

I do have the original Invoice/ Receipt. However, I purchased the
Laptop by paying cash of rs mentioned above.


Sir I want to inform you that the driver cd is not included in the laptop and for colour they charge extra rs 300 and for the carry bag i had to pay an amount of rs 300. This is injustice to me. I hereby requested the Dell authority to take necessary action againse COMPUTER HEART ( ADDRESS : ULUBARI GUWAHATI ASSAM INDIA )
