I HAVE DELL XPS M1530 LAPTOP WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED ON 14/09/2009 & AFTER ONE YEAR I UPGRADE MY WARRANTY FOR TWO YEARS FOR RS 15000,
SINCE BEFORE 7 to 8 MONTH I M FACING MANY PROBLEM IN MY SYSTEM YOU SEE MY SERVICE LOG NEAR ABOUT MORE THAN 5 TIMES YOU HAVE CHANGED MOTHERBOARD OF MY LAPTOP BUT ALWAYS SEND A FAULTY REPAIRED PART TO ME AGAIN THE START IN FEW DAYS ,
TODAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DELL THAT THAY SEND ME TWO TIME MOTHERBOARD WHICH ALREADY HAVING A SERVICE TAG NUMBER OF ANOTHER PC NEAR ABOUT 7 DAYS I HAVE FACING THIS PROBLEM TOWARDS UR COMPANY
UNFORTUNATALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO MAIL YOU THAT I AM GIVINNG YOU ONLY ONE LAST CHANCE THAT REPLACE MY FULL SYSTEM WITH NEW ONE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OTHERWISE I WILL SUE IN COURT . I DONT WANT ANY MORE PART REPLACEMENT FROM YOUR SIDE. I REPEAT TO YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY BAACK OR REPLACE MY SYSTEM WITH NEW ONE.
I REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE DONT IRRITATE ME TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU.

DELL XPS M1530 — useless service and company
I purchased XPS 1530 in U.S with a 9 cell battery and ever since i have had it its been given me problems and my warranty is still Valid... it over heats, the mother board has been replaced the wifi has been replaced also the mouse pad.. the battery only charges to 45 percent and then stops, there is no solution for this apparently.I have spent a lot of time over the phone, talked to several managers, on site and finally personally going to the service center in hyderabad begumpet area where the service is horrible... Dell does not respect or have any customer satisfaction
there is always incomplete work... i will never recommend Dell to any one
