Hi, my name is gaurav Srivastava and i was purchase dell laptop 3 month back and the service tag number is - DYC2CQ1-model no L502X.. on 16-jul-2011 my machine was not work then has contact with dell technical department they told me that they will provide engineer visit on tuesday 19-jul-2011 but nobody come on tuesday eengineer has come on 20-july-2011 and try to resolving the issue he has replaced motherboard but issue is still then i was call on dell and request to whole unit replacement but they told me give one chance to resolve it and told me that they will send lcd screen ram and hard disk and mother board also.. i told them if you are everything replace then why you have problem to whole unit replacement ..
kindly do action ASAP.
