[Resolved]  Dell / Adaptor Part No. Cm889 — Charger not received till now

I ordered a Dell Laptop Charger(Adapter) (part no CM 899) on November 4th this year. There i was told on phone by someone called Kartik Pathak that my payment has been confirmed( i made it through the SBI internet gateway successfully) and i will receive it by 10 days. He did not send any reference no. or any quotation or order no. He just sent a mail. After 10 days i called him as the charger had still not arrived. But i was told to wait for a return call that never came. i again called several times( not less than 6 times) to same person as he only gave me his personal no.([protected]) but i got the same response every time.
Now 50 days have passed and i have still not received the same.The following is the details of my payment-
