[Resolved]  DEMAND DRAFT — dont make demand draft

dear i have visited many time in oriental bank of commerce branch kharkhoda dit. sonepat haryana for making demand draft but all time they refuse me to make DD. i am not understand why they denied. today i wend for making dd for bihar flood for donating Rs.21000 for people of Bihar who are suffering due to flood but they not response me
