[Resolved]  Dena Bank — atm transaction

Dear sir,

My name is shatanshu jaiswal, I have saving bank account with ICICI bank, civillines, Allahabad. my a/c no. is[protected].

On 21st April 2009(time:13:03:47) i just did Balance Enquiry of my saving a/c from Dena Bank atm –terminal no.0630101, situated under Dena bank regional office
(28-A, pravin house, vidhan sabha marg, lucknow 226001), but showing cash withdrawal of Rs 3000, in my account statement.

Of which I complained to ICICI (complain no-SR[protected] on 21st april itself, but after one month complain they can’t able show me clear picture of what happen to my RS 3000.

I then move to dena bank shivaji marg branch(branch code:0631)lucknow to complain but they are not taking my complain, saying complain to Mumbai corporate office.

i then email to CMD of dena bank, mumbai corporate office, but all goes vain, they are not providing my transaction detail
hope you can solve my problem

I would like to inform you that my A.T.M card was missed some where.I applyed for duplicate A.T.M card dated 06/05/2009.I visit DENA bank of chandkheda branch so many time but stiil not recevied the card.today i visit the bank, the bank person said that there is no applycation here from your side.plz, solve my problem as early as possible.

sir my self anish.r am one of the account holder in canara bank (kulasekharam, tamil nadu) my account no is 23550 and my atm card no is [protected] on may 30 i went to take rs 5000 from madha engineering college atm (chennai) at that day because of some system error i didnt get the money and the transcation bill on the next day i check my balance the rs 5000 that was debitedited from my account. on 20th june i went to dena bank chennai branch and tell about this they verify that and said me to write one letter about that i did and the manager said he will send mail to the head office and u will get it back with in one week but up to yet i didnt get the money so plz sir verify that and credit my money as soon as possible i hope you will do the best

i have my account in dena bank fort branch mumbai.the problem is most of the time when i go to withdraw cash from the atm the atm always shows the message surrently out of service or out of cash.i have been an account holder of dena bank for the last 7 years i jst started using the atm services from 1 year.other of my office employees had their ac in same branch and bank i.e dena bank but due to these poor services provided by ur bank 7 of them have closed their account and opted for sbi bank instead of yours, i m also lookin forward to change the bank if the services are not improved.
