Not handing over the deposits of rs. 20 lakhs being deposits with them from the flat owners

We are one of the 3 of 56 occupants of Divine life Avenue Flats at the above mentioned address. The said flats were developed by M/s. Devandan Group,Ahmedabad.

They had collected deposits @ Rs. 25,000 per flat during booking that was amounting to Rs. 14,00,000. The flats were totally booked by end of 2007 . Till date neither they are returning the deposits nor forwarding the transfer amount fees @ Rs. 50,000 fixed by the flat's committee .

We want our deposits and feel that the Devnandan Group is cheating us since start of 2008.

Hi All,
This is for those who have booked flats in Devnandan Summit.
We have started an eGroup for owners in Devnandan Summit. We hope that, in the long run, the egroup will help us get to know each other, to discuss issues (if any) and to get them resolved in an efficient manner. It could also facilitate simple things like updates on property, buying/selling, etc.
