Pending Salary and PF

my salry is pending from dhanus technologies ltd,chennai for Feb and March'2009 and also PF.

This is Sachin Arora from New Delhi, even my salary for over 6 months along with re imbursements was not paid by this Fraud company. Can someone let me know the legal procedure to follow know
