http://202.56.120.172/elpsoftmis/WebPages/ConsumerDetails.aspx?value=8 dhbvn faridabad has intentially closed the online payment because they got the extra money for payment manually ,we are living outside city we cannot pay online i think its a wrost department who fools educated people and presurise to go to the electricty department and pay the bills ,they accept the bribes most corrupted electricty department in haryana faridabad ..... In UP you pay 500 rupees and ur work get done here in faridabad you have to pay 5000 rupees to get ur work done in any department.
