PAN — About PAN card kamchors workers

I am trying to reach PAN card guys but they are sitting in a "MACHLI BAZZAR". No one is ready to listen, they have only one thing to say "We are here to provide you information" but They dont have any centralised database.
When i mail to mumbai, they say we have dispatched it to Delhi Office and contact there. When I am trying to contact here in Delhi office, all the 7 numbers are busy.
Interesting point is these numbers are busy in outgoing. So these kamchors government officers solve their personal issues at office by making the office phones busy.
They take our phone numbers but never call us when they dispatch.
There is no transparancy. When you ask who is your manager? they simply say we cant provide.

Dear Sir,

My electricity meter is burnt due to illegal work done by the department employee in my neighouhood.I have given application twice to the department about 15-20 daus back.At present my meter is fixed on nuteral & giving fast reading.When I asked to the concerned JE, his reply was we will do at our own & asked not to visit office.
It is seen that those people's are doing illegal work they have no problem.I have also asked them that if there is no meter in the department, I will purchase.Nothing is done till date.

I also request to fix a time of particular work.

My Electricity Meter was not showing any reading, so I was getting the bill on Average basis. I met the SDO and made an application for change of Meter and also deposited the money. Representatives from DHBVNL came to my house and without checking the Meter started harrasing my wife that we have tempered with the Meter which is totally wrong. At our repeatedly requests, they took the Meter for getting it checked by the Lab. Since we are 100 Percent right and genuine Consumer and we did not get anything wrong, my only request is that there should be a genuine checking in the Lab. I know the attitude of DHBVNL people which is always negative and I am afraid that they can also get a fabricated report from the Lab.

we, the residents of Ashoka Enclave-II, C-Block, A-Block, Faridabad. Our complaint is that light is fluctuating during day and night due to this out belongings like AC, fridge, TV etc. are faulty. Our request is that please change the transformer immediately so that problem which is facing by the residents for the last four-five months are settled without any implications.

I am residing in House No. 271, First floor, sector-55, Faridabad. No light in my house since 25.06.09 (evening) probloms in pole. I had done written complaints two times at sector -55 complaint booth and several time in mobile but no body attended the complaint still at 3.30PM.

There is no power in one phase of sec-18A since yesterday 9:30 pm till now. It's more than 12 hours now. We have made complaint yesterday itself but nobody attended to it till now. Nobody cares. Sab kamchor hain.

We would like to inform you that our Electrical Supply is very poor, that’s like, voltage Fluctuation, Phase Broken & Poll Wiring condition is very poor, so many illegal connections without meter wire on the poll of “C” Block Gali No. 3, Opposite Devender Cable Network, Lakkarpur, Faridabad,

We would request you please take the following action immediately:

1. Check the poll wiring & disconnect the all illegal connections without meter.

2. Provide one another poll in “C” Block Gali No. 3, Opposite Devender Cable Network, Lakkarpur, Faridabad,

3. Maintenance the Transformer, back side of St. Columbus School or Opp. Devender, Property Dealer office.

4. Change all wiring & thimble of the Transformer.

5. Last problem is, one insulated cable goes to Number Dar Colony Gate poll to “C” Block Gali No. 1, is damage & hanging on Dayal Bagh boundary wall very down to earth, so any time possible accident because many children’s are playing there, please provide a poll for hang the cable & change the full length cable Number Dar Gate to C” Block Gali No. 1.

Please arrange the required staff because your maintenance staff always spoken, staff shortage problem.

Your early action will be highly appreciated.

my meter does nt work properly.i want to change my meter

Even though you may try calling so called BSK but no use, BSK nos are never available. They are like 199 of earlier days. Its not shamefull on their part as they are shameless people. They say why dont u complain to the complaint center near to you?. Would like to get all the top hierarchy of DHBVNL into RTI and ask them for the replies on these questions. If you compare it to Delhi, despite of heavy rains today no power failures happened. See here only a light rain brings to halt the power supply and even without that also. That means there is a lot of corruption and powersupply theft in and by DHBVNL.

Sector - 28 me kal raat 11.00 baje se light nahi hai. kitne hi complain hue par kuchh nahi hua. Ab to mahanubhav log phone bhi nahi uthate hai. Yaar jab kaam nahi karte sharm nahi aaati kya?

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I am a resident of Sector-19, Faridabad and we are facing severe Electrivity outage issues since last 10 days. There are no defined cut times. The electricity is cut during the day as well as night. There was no electricity in the night yesterday and today during the dayy, there was 6 hrs outage again. Even, in the night whenever electricity comes for minutes, the volatge fluctaution and low voltage issues exists. Liufe is getting miserable with so many electricity outages. This is a daily issue and not a one time incident.
It is highly requested to check why there are so many problems in this sector.

My wife Mrs. Joana Barretto applied For Change of Name of our Elect. Meter No. QQ11-0120 of H.No.128, Sector-18, Housing Board Colony, Faridabad on 12.11.2008 vide Book No. 10347, Receipt No. 48 by paying the requisite amount of Rs. 2, 625/- File No. FD 2427 DS.
Even after receiving 5 Elect. Bills, the Change of Name did not take place. I wrote a letter to DHBVN which was submitted to J.E. West Sub Division who sent one Mr. Mahesh on 09.07.09 to check the Meter Seal/Reading. We had sent our neighbour since we both are working in Delhi. Our neighbour confirmed that Mr. Mahesh had come on 09.07.09 and checked the Meter Seal/Reading etc. He asked my neighbour for money to which he told him to come after 7.00 P.M. since they come late from office.
On 14.07.09 when I went personally to the J.E., I was shocked to note that our File FD 2427 DS is missing. The J.E. made me run here and there to trace the File and after some time told me to come the next day. The next day, I again sent my neighbour to trace the missing File and the J.E. kept on calling him again and again. Finally, the J.E. told my neighbour to either wait for 12-15 days during which period he will trace the missing File or else make a Duplicate File.
On 30.07.09 at about 5.30 P.M. 4-5 Officials of DHBVN raided my house when only my minor daughter was at home. They asked her to show the latest Elect Bill which she did. They wanted to see the Red Copy which was issued by DHBVN when the sealing of the Meter was done. Since my daughter was not able to find it, she range me up at my office saying 4-5 Officials of DHBVN have come and are checking the premises. I told my daughter to hand over the phone to one of the Officials who told me that there is a complaint against me for electricity theft. I told the Official that we had applied for Chang of Name and that they are free to check as we have no fear because we do not indulge in such mal-practives. The Official told me that they have checked the premises and that he would be making the Report which you may read when you are back. On reaching home, I read the Report which states that Meter Seal checked and found O.K. Load checked and found to be 1.733 KW During the checking no theft of electricity observed and was signed by 4 Officials.
Today that is 13..08.09 even after harassing us for over 9 months, the Change of Name in my Electricity Bill has still not be done.
I would request the S.D.O. to kindly look into the matter as we have fulfilled all the requirements of DHBVN.

I want to increase the load of my meter no SC-450, What is the procedure for that. And what amount I have to pay for this.

Every one is corrupted in this organization no one is going to take the responsibility of any complain. Every one is busy in making money. They only find out the way from where they make money. pls. stop this and serve better to consumer.

dear sir ,
A new JE appointed in our area is totally irrsonsible person,not attending any calls , not even picking any phone calls. How can he solve our problems when he not available at office nor at phone calls.

1. I have submitt two applications to Mr. Mudgel, S.E. Faridabad on[protected]. But there is no response till now. One application regarding electrictiy ware upon my house & another is about light from village light. I live my Kheto par 15 years with my Father & mother. My Father & Mother age is 68, 69. But there is no result till now. I personally meet Mr. Mudgel.

2. One application regarding electrictiy ware upon my house. A J.E. Mr. Vikram Singh is not J.E. but the become J.E. he estimated Rs. 10, 000/- for this work. Before this I have made complaint 4 years ago then Mr.Rakesh J.E. make that estimate Rs. 747/- only. If you become unexperience person J.E. his qualification is not for J.E. they snaching money from public like this J.E. Mr.Vikram Singh.

Give me reply what can I do. Can I ask this from RTI Officer.
