[Resolved]  DHFL — Fraudulent activities in DHFL ,Tuticorin,

Dear Sir,

My name is Steieve Ravi and I am an employee of a private shipping company in Tuticorin. Recently I was availed Housing loan by DHFL Tuticorin branch in Feb.2012.
Before sanctioning my loan, the DHFL , Tuticorin staff Mr. Iyappan has taken from me Rs.14,000/- ( Rupees fourteen thousand only ) for getting the house plan approval from Tuticorin Municipal Office.
After sanctioning the Housing loan with the plan approval, they availed me Rs.4,90,000/-( Rupees Four Lakn Ninety Thousand only ) after decution of insurance amount Rs.15,000/- .
So far I have paid my regular dues through my cheques for 5 months without any default in my payments.
Now Mr.Iyappan and the Branch manager Mr. Balasubramaniam, are calling me frequently to submit another house plan with the approval fm Tuticorin Municipal Corporation as they say that the earlier plan has been rejected by their auditors.
I told them that as the earlier house plan was provided by them with false approval, they need to rectify the same and reissue the fresh house plan to their auditors.
Now Mr.Iyappan is refusing to do so saying that he has not taken any money from me. I have a paper receipt with his signature , when he took the money from me and he is saying that the signature is nor his.
Due to repeated calls fm DHFL during my office hours , I am frustrated and have decided to withdraw my housing loan which I have EMI for amount Rs.8214 /- for 8 years.
By this withdrawal decision , DHFL will be loosing a good profit on my account and a bad reputation for the company in Tuticorin.
A satisfied Customer is a Fortune for a company's better prosperity.
Request you to kindly annouce your justification on my issue and settle the matter at the earliest
