Hi, i had applied home loans with DHFL i spoke to Sandeep pandit one of the exe i met him gave all paper at bandra branch he asked me for imediate cheque of rs 5618 at tht point i didnot had my cheque book as they never informed me about the same, so i gave my friends cheque as he was with me at tht time he is the person who referd me to DHFL for faster services with no hassel, fine we agreed we clearly informed him donot put the cheque without asking he said no mam i need this only at the time of sactioning the loan amount so we gave post dated cheque as my friend was not sure about the balance in his account, infact i also informed as soon as i reach home next morning i will give my cheque so we agreed upon this same evening i went home.

After few days after all verification they called me for submission of my original property papers.I was out station so informed them will submitt once i come back agreed, i was back and friend informed me about tht the cheque is being bounced, i caled immediatelty asked y submitted without informing there was no answer said mam tht ok we will take care u come with your originaly papers we will proceed i said ok.

They called me at kalyan branch there Mr pandit said mam u have to pay RS 5618 as processing fee + rs 350 for your bounce cheque i had big argument on tht still i had to pay i had to pay, than the hidden thing he said mt manager would not disberse the amount till the time to purchase"HOME INSURANCE FROM BIRLASUNLIFE FOR 50, 000"And this was shock for me i felt like crying i said DFHL and BRILA SUNLIFE is two diff company how could u do tht than the CLIMAX, The person who was exe from BRILA was his friend who has some target to be achieved i had to come back again to Bhayander from kalyan this was on 09 march 2009.I am not against the company but yes the exe are fooling the customers .

I am calling since 4 pm 09 march 2009 till now i am calling bandra branch, kalyan, and many more number they are giving me a run around pls help me i need LOAN as soon as possible iam in big trouble.

Please i suggest n request none of should take home loans from DHFL they are fraud company just fool around with the customers, i m one of the affected one, after my lona sactioned i personally had to go n collect the documents as the agent who was suppose to do the needful dint do, and wen the time came to collect the processing fee they are at your place on time, and when u require to issue the first cheque for the builder they do a lot of natak n fool around by givng a lot of bahanas, and most of the time they dun pik the pone n go on telng was busy, i m really fedup of such service n i want sum1 should take a very strict action agains such company wher their moto is to only fool the customers.......................................................

This is regarding presence of my name in cibil for non payment.As per records available there is no outstanding in my account
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps for clearing my name in cibil.

I have taken loan from DHFL of 938000 they have given me rate of interest 8.25% for 2 years fixed.

I have proof also.but they change 8.75% and now they are charging 10.75%

2012 march they should be charge floating rate after two years. my home loan is fixed for 2 years.

Please help me on this issued.

In HUBLI, one Senior Staff of DHFL, Mr.NADGIR or NADIGER, shows himself that he is the most intelligent and he has made his own rules and he never respects or responds to any of the public or his customers
whenever the public or his customers visit to his DHFL OFFICE and though there is a LADY
BRANCH MANAGER and even if she instructs him to attend on any genuine works..A very proudful man he
is..Anyway, I hope that the management superiors take action against such type of staff who do not respond
and customers or public on their visits to DHFL office for any genuine reasons or needs for their good
purposes..Anyway, the man Mr.Nadgir or Nadiger, must be ment properly by their management or public
would surely mend him a fine day..Let him be warned regdg., this matter..Thank you..

I have taken a home loan in August 2010 of Rs. 1776775 from DHFL for 20yrs on 10.5% interest rate and paying EMI @Rs.17448 till July 2011. Now DHFL is demanding the interest rate of 12.75% coding that RBI has increased the interest rate of 2.25% and demanding EMI @ Rs.18851 for 39yrs.
I would like to know whether DHFL is following RBI interest rate or not and the EMI calculated is properly or not.

DHFL — emi+extra payment

i have taken loan from DHFL my code 958 ,every 2nd month EMI incrised , taken amount-3150000/-,they r charging on 33,20000/-, so many time complint to executive, manager,& account person but they r reply mail to account dept for revise , now i m frushtated to Dhfl may i become made.

I Have a sanctioned home loan from DHFL FROM MARCH 2010. Now the related property is ready for possession. I have submitted a demand letter to DHFL noida office to Mr. Sinha on 11/03/2013 to realease the final amount of loan. At that time i was said that it will take only 5-7 days but it is still pending. and many times i have written them on mail also. but no body is bother to even let me know the status. I request you to please do the needful. so that i can procced further for the possession.

I am submitting this written application requesting a refund of the loan processing fee of (amount-5618.00) and all the documents submitted to your financial company, as per the telephonic conversation we had today Monday 16th December 2013.
I have already give this information about the plot size of 33 yards as there is no map available to your employee Ritesh Gautam at DHFL at the beginning while the submission of the documents for the home loan application, but i was given this reassurance from him after talking to his seniors that it will approved and your loan will be sanctioned in a week or so, but even after that while i got a confirmation call from DHFL last week i have told them the size without map and the required amount of 13 lakhs but they said that we can offer you more if you want and then the required amount was changed to 14 lakhs but even then i have not got any disapproval of the size or the map which is mandatory while submitting of the documents, and till now the amount was debited with cheque number-948407 on dated 10th December but till now i have not got any application number or any the form number regarding the request of the home loan from DHFL.

The amount of 14, 00, 000, I plan to take from Dhfl, plus the money I already have will help me to buy the apartment as well. I have a good credit history, so getting a loan will not be a problem as there are no issues of debts.

Hi, I am in chennai, the dhfl people approached me for a housing loan, and i given all the documents, and they told me about the notary, and i paid my intial amount for the loan processing, and at last they told that my cheque will be ready by next two days and nest day i got a call from them, and they told that there technical people rejected the application, i got the executive he also says the same, after that i said to handover my documents and my initial fee, that i paid, now the executive is not picking my call, please dont trust dhfl...they are cheating the people and sucking there blood...
