[Resolved]  Digi Cable — lack of accountability

i am very fond of watching sports and in order to watch sports without interruption i brought a digi cable set top box nearly 8 months ago. It was fine in the initial stages, but for the last two months channels like ESPN, start sports and ESPN are off air and when i contacted my cable operator as well as the digi cable call center in Hyderabad there is no proper response from their side.
