I am a regular reader of Digit Magazine and I had very good impression about the DIGIT Team, and I did have lot of expectations about the Team, alas, my expectations and my impression about the DIGIT Team were shattered recently on the pretext of providing anniversary assured gifts to those who purchase the 9 th anniversary which hit the stands in the month of JUNE 2010, I did follow the given instructions to claim my prize the same day I bought the magazine , I got a SMS saying "Thanks for entering into DIGIT Anniversary Lucky Draw, Details of assured gift will be sent to you in 24 hours. Bumper Draw results will be declared on 10th of July." and later I received a SMS "Congratulations you have won a course worth Rs.890 from training.com. To know your VOUCHER CODE AND FURTHER DETAILS PLEASE VISIT: WWW.THINKDIGIT.COM/VOUCHER for which I followed the given instructions on the website and I am still waiting for my VOUCHER CODE, and YET TO RECEIVE, when I called the office I was led to number of TEAM MEMBERS TO CLAIM MY ASSURED GIFT AND FINALLY I SPOKE TO 'NASH DAVID" and he assured me it will be resolved in a days time or two, and it seems that a day or two will be to wait forever, this ofcourse will fall on the deaf ears and it will be gone in thin air like any other complaint about the DIGIT TEAM, but now I know that all these "ASSURED GIFTS" are for assurance only, but there are no gifts. All these took about 10 days, and am yet to see the issue resolved
