Hi,
I got a call yesterday from someone named Kumar from dining plus. He took my citibank card details and told me that i will receive the card within a week and that an amount will be deducted after i receive the card in my next billing cycle. But i have not recived the card and already an amount of 5,499 Rs. has been debited in my account which is not acceptable.

Kindly consider this complaint as a priority level and so that my query would be resolved as earliest its possible.
