this is to inform you that today at about 12 pm(26th aug),there was a phone call from[protected] Vishwas Raghuvanshi , saying that he was calling from sbi and offered sbi gold premium card and also informed that I will get many discount on various purchasing without paying any money.. I was not sure about providing details and I also pointed about the security. He repelled that call is getting recorded and has no issues associated. I gave the person, full details thinking about the sbi bank inf. For address verification through IVR but i m not a regular user of card so i don’t no about IVR .

When he was providing information about the reference ID, I got message of getting charged rs 5499 without my approval by SBI credit card. I asked the guy about the payment, he said the he deducted the amount and was about to tell you. I asked him, about the security and how he made the payment. These people are basically cons who are doing this with many people which I got to know after goggling " IVR dining plus”. After that i have make no of calls to dining plus but they doesn’t reply as per according to my problem i need my money back.

Please do act against the organization and do the need full as it is coning many people.
