Dining Plus — file case / investigate as a fake transaction done on my credit card by Dining Plus.

Hi,

This is regarding transaction on my credit card done without informing me on 12 march 2010.
The fraud company name is Dining Plus and located in Mumbai customer executive call me up on 9 or 10 march 2012 and they told me that your no have been selected and we required some information from your side. so I provide an information to them and when they asked me to provide information about credit card i told them why you required this credit card information this we will provide you card from dining plus for shopping purpose and the credit card no will appear no your dining plus card so I given my credit card no and also they asked me expire date so i provide them.
After another day I have receive and msg no my mobile saying that Rs 5499. Was spent on your Credit Card 3551 on 12 MAR 12 at DINING PLUS.
I was shocked and i call them up and no one was picking call. so I called Citibank and asked them to stop this transaction because they haven't informed be prior to this transaction they told we cannot stop this transaction as the amount is not claimed by this merchandise (Dining Plus) so they told me after they claimed the amount you can file a dispute case on them so I did the same.
on the second day i called the dining plus executive and told me them you have not informed me about this transaction and how can you the transaction so I told them to provide me proof of your recorded tape the dining plus executive told me today our server is down I will definitely provide you on another day so I called him on third day and he told me that we cannot provide you the recorded tape as it is for internal purpose.


So I request you to take a strict action against this merchandise (Dining Plus).

and file a case against them. This merchandise (DINING PLUS) is doing a flake business and I have seen a lot of complain on an internet.
Please take a serious action.
