[Resolved] Dish TV — They've put me in a Fix | |
I Subscribed for 2 Dish connections on 26 october 2008...now its 01 December, I still don't receive one of the connections. After numerous calls to the retailer, the service centre and Dish TV customer cares for over a month, the result is still "BUS EK DO DIN MEIN CHALOO HO JAYEGA". They also refuse to refund the installation charges for the one connection. I was trying to avoid taking things to the consumer court, but looks like the only option left. Viewing card no: [protected] and [protected]. Package subscribed: Digimax 6 months no monthly rental offer on both connections (Installation charges apply). Was this information helpful? | |
