Dish TV — Premature Termination of Service

I subcribed a Dish TV connection with 3nonths prepaid charges starting on and from 12th February 2009. But they degraded and withdraw their services from 5th May 2009. I wrote to them on several ocassions to inform me the exact date of expiry of my subsription but they never mentioned the date. Instead they started withdrawing services to me gradually starting from 5th instant.

Since I have made a 3 months prepaid subscription, I am supposed to have fullest of services to the extent I have paid and subscribed till 11th instant.

my c.v. no.[protected].i pay 500rs. this time i get all channels in this connection. but past one month i am not getting asianet, ss music, sony, espn, srar cricket, gemini, star plus and etc. and other some chennels are not getting. i register a complaint to ur call centre. but they didn't take a possitive action. i request to u pls correct this problem otherwise i forward to legal side

Dish TV — threat of disconnection even when there is balance amount left

I have bought a dist tv recharge card of Rs.600/- after
online recharging I got the receipt of Rs.308/- againt the v.c. No. [protected]. Then I lodged a complain with the local disttributor Mr. Anup Dey and he expressed his helplessness in this regard and suggested registering my complain online. I am looking for some positive response from your endin this regard.

Reliance / DishTV — Problem with Dish Tv

Hi,
I bought samsung television from Reliance along with television i got discount on DishTv 15 days before. Reliance people said they will do everything regarding distv connection. you not need to worry or contact with Dishtv people. But I did not get activated my connection till now, Reliance people used to say we cant not do any thing you just inquire to DishTv people what they have given one no. when i called to DishTv people they say we does not have your proper details better to talk with reliance only or we are doing whenever i call to distv they say tomorrow it will get activated.but still it did not activated, 15 days is over.
Dishtv people say talk with reliance and reliance people say call to dishtv. I called more than 30 times to both(Reliance NO. [protected] and DishTv No. [protected]). They are not giving proper response. even i called to dishTv customer care also 4-5 times. They also used to say same thing we can not do any thing talk with Reliance or DishTv distributor.

Well i will give the customer care email id of dishtv for quick action on your complaint, you can just mail them your concern with complete details like your VC NO, address and contact number and it will be good if you can share the purchase details of your dishtv.
