[Resolved]  Dish TV — Not getting signals and repeatedly tells that "insert smart card "

Last year I have purchased the DISH TV on 26.02.2007 and Ihave paid monthly and found that the signal problem, set top box problem, and smart card problem.Due to that we disconnect the DISH TV connection.
After that 6 months we renew again and paid annual subscription of Rs.3600/- (three thousand six hundred only)
After only one month the same problem is arising repetedly calling customer care nobody care of our complaint.
So that we are mentally harrassed.
How to sort out this problem? otherwise how to collect the expences and subscription from the DISH TV?
