[Resolved] Dish TV DTH Service — Peace TV & Q TV not available at Dish TV | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am dish tv customer form last four years. But the Peace TV & Q TV channel not available at dish tv. Why you are not telecasting these two channels. There have more than seventy unwanted channels telecast by dish TV, but only two channels not available as mentioned above. I think above 80% people like peace TV & Q TV compare to zee salam. I think customer satisfaction is a deciding factor to be no. 1. As a well positioned DTH service provider (dishtv) is unable to telecast such a well appreciable channel. I think if you broadcast these channels automatically customer will be increased rather you expense money beyond celebrity for advertisement. Dish TV — your provider's service is not ok
iam rakhmaji sherkhane from sangli.my mobile no.[protected].i am parchice to dish tv for 7 month's .my dish tv set top box is problematick this signal is not ok.am contect to your sangli's sarvice provider'sureshchandra iletronic's but it is not responce with me .please sir contect to sureshchandra iletronics and search the my problem.Dish TV — Change package facility is not avail on Net
Hi,My name is Devendra C Varma and my VC number is [protected].
I had taken fresh Dish tv connection along with the Platinum package for one year.
After that i recharged my account with Gold package worth Rs.250 for 40 days.
But when i go to the my account info. there is renewal date after 20 days.
when i contacted to nearest dealer they told this is due to package downgrade but they dont help us in our queries.
And also when i logon to the Dish Tv sites there is no such information for changing package.
Please help me on this.

We are paid the money on 31.08.2009 for one year subscription but line got disconnection and more then 20 times called call center every time very cool answer we are checking. we are provided credit card statment for payment and bank transction ID but dirty answer. We are going consumer court for this responce. Every time Mr. Sharukh khan advertising that No one company. We do not know how by frodness wrong commitment or lazy irrosposible servise.

I had taken dish tv with freedom package of Tamil & Malayalam. Due to non available of proper distributors and poor response I discontinued for 8 month period. Now for this time the dealer of Mandya said more of new packages have come and the renewel will be more easy and faster. Hearing all that I have taken it for 4 month with Tamil Bonaza. But the result is same Except Tamil Channels I am receiving all other language channels.
Kindly help me in this regards and suggest me to get Tamil Channels of Sun net work (SUN TV, K-TV, STAR VIJAY, JAYA TV, SUN MUSIC, CHUTTI TV, KALIGAR TV, RAJ TV, RAJ PLUS AND ISAIARUVI. OF 902 TO 916 ALL CHANNELS.
And also Please tell me what I should do to change from freedom package to Tamil bonaza + Kid pacage.

DishTV — non servicing of customer problems
Dear DishTV Customer care person,I am one of your very very harassed customers.
I have been using DISH TV for over an year now,and have subscribed for the platinum pack.
About 1 week back,the light on my set top box started twinkling as green-orange and the transmittion stopped completely.
I made a complaint on the phone and an executive visited my house to rectify the problem.
But after just 5 mins the problem again started.
I again made a complaint for the same 2 days back.
But even after getting an SMS that a technician will be visiting my place,no one has come over till now.
Now it has been over 7 days that my TV is not working.
My VC no is:[protected]
My complaint nos ar:30220677,30302001.
My set top box is covered under the so called"AMC".
Now is there anyone in DISHTV who can resolve this small problem????
I also want that the loss of revinue of these 7 days be bared by the company.
I also want afull refund of all the installation charge of Rs 3000/- if still the problem cannot be finished and in that case I would like to discontinue with the services of DISHTV.

dish tv dth services — not satisfied with the service
1) recieving scrambled signal on hbo,wb,star movies, zee english and some other channels.2) faulty set top box ,had to repair power supply of set top box within 2 years of purchase.
3) repeatedly having problems with the dish antenna.
4) no executive turned up within 24 hours of complaint
DishTV — not installed yed,
The dishtv which i purchased v.c no.[protected] on dated 28.11.09. from Bindal Electronics , santoshpur, kolkata-75.which was commited to confim install on dated 29.11.2009 , but after so many wating and phone call the person from cutomer service centre came finaly on dated 01.12.2009 at 2PM and insttalled the dish and stb . and after cheaking found the set top box faulty. the servicer person taken repairing and not to change the set. and with commitment to deliver same day.but till today at 02.00 pm i have not received the settop box.when i call to the customer care on the phone no. [protected] PREMIER FINANCE 132D,DR MEGHNAD SAHA SA-700029 . they did not give any confimation . Now what should be done. I am waiting for your great response. Dish TV — Could not avail the offer due to their wrong information
They have an offer called "pay term offers" for Gold subscribers. Initially I was a Gold Saver subscriber. During recharge I wished to avail the offer hence I wanted to down grade my package to Gold. Before downgrading and recharging I talked to their dealer and customer care executive. They confirm that I will be availing the offer after down grade. So, I did so. But after that I did not got the offer. They are now saying that as i have down graded I wont be availing the offer. It is a kind of cheating. Please help I have called them many times but in vein. They are not responding properly
