[Resolved] Dish TV India — connection not functional | |||
sir, we enquired about a dish tv Connection from exhibition we attended in gurgaon . the connection was bought on 03.06.11 and installed on 04.06.11. The dealer M/s S.D.servcies collected tha balance money and we were assured of transmission within 24 hrs. We saw some reception on 05.06.11 for a very short time.After that the msg on TV states "PLEASE RECHARGE FOR AVAILING SERVICES". We have complaiedn over 5-6 Times. The dealer states it is the problem from the back end of the Company. All we have been receiving from the Company is a new complaint number, but no solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
