[Resolved]  DishTV — DishTV very poor service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I’m Vijay Krishna Srivastava from Guwahati and I purchased DishTV connection of 3months subscription scheme as on 25/April/2008. After couple of weeks, I’m continuously facing “No access / Signal not found” problem apart from this problem I’m also in problem of their customer care services of such a reputed group. Whenever I call at [protected] (East region) they never pick their customers calls only one line is repeated continuously “this week is for Hera phere movie order your demand movie” but I ever get the line of their customer executive to tell my problem & this phone line is chargeable also, so after 15-20 minutes of wait I’ve to cut my phone from my side. This is really a very good service of Zee network enterprise for their main customer because they know they the existing customer is in their hand, so it is good not to hear their problems. When I call at DishTV Toll free Airtel mobile no. of Nodia, they pick the phone but ask me to hold the line but after that no reply for a long time and finally they disconnect the line from their side. So this is the Goodwill of Zee network / Dish TV. I mail to dish TV number of times regarding my problem of “No access / Signal not found” which was solved but again after few days it repeated itself. This is my final e-mail to Zee network enterprise / DishTV else I’ve to prepare myself for suit a file in consumer form. I’ve a proof against your customer care executive regarding holding the customer for a longtime and disconnect the line as I record it in my mobile phone.

DishTV — channels not working

Recharge done on 4 april 2015.. still showing recharge.. [protected] RMN

recharge not successed

on 05th December 2014 I tried recharging using mango kiosk for 100 dhs.but recharge not credited 80069362 customer service number not working Terminal #717 Dish TV and a/n. [protected]

I'm k.jagadish using dish TV with vc number [protected] for past 10 years. And I have recently upgraded to hd set top box four days ago and it worked only for 24 hrs and ever since it stopped working.i have been compalining and calling to your customer care but no one is responding properly I have been insisted through phone calls till I got upgraded to hd set top box saying that there were good packages. Your customer care is irresponsible and doesn't sound sensible. So I wanted to return the set top box and get back my money from you.kindly register and forward my complaint and also take proper action on service and customer centers
I SUGGEST, DONT BUY DISH TV. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. ONLY CHEAT TO CUSTOMER.

I am facing a problem from last 5 days only due to wrong information from customer care.

As per customer care information antenna reinstalation will not chargeable as you have under warrenty.

Then I raised a request for reinstallation on same address. And after reinstallation by technician, he charged me Rs 240. But I didnt give him and then request close.

Then some channels are received and some are getting an error that SINGNAL NOT FOUND.

Now when I raise a request for reallengment, then customer care has deny my request and reply me to pay for reinstallation and will accept the request.

Only for wrong information from customer care I am charged and they don't have any regret for this.

Without Client intimation they Changed the Subscription Amount & Channels Also. I spoken to Customer Care of dish tv for the same. He told me that this Channel not available your existing Subscription. if you need this channel, Pay extra amount .
Hi, I am using dish TV approx 1 yr myvc no is [protected]. My recharge date was 7 feb19. I have done recharge of 740 on 3 Rd Feb. But my connection is disconnected by dish TV on 7 due to 102 errorno account balance. I tried to reach them by their three costumer care no from 7 feb. But all nos are busy. Also given many times call back request but they did not call back. Thank again called them yesterday on 9 early morning they raised a complaint no.[protected] and send their executive.but executive told us this issue is from DISHTV end there is not technical error. He was also trying to reach dishtv care but issue is not resolved till present other than this they are cutting the per day charges approx 27 RS . From 7 feb 19. Please request resolve this issue.
