[Resolved] DishTV — STB Replacement - Poor service | |||
Dear Sir, I am explaining the kind of service I am receiving from DishTV. My STB was stopped functioning almost 20 days ago and I registered a complaint with DishTV. They have replaced the STB with another not functioning STB. When I questioned them why it is not functioning even after replacing, they said, "I need to wait for 2 hours for updation". I waited for 24 hours but yet I did not receive any service. I called the customer care again but nobody answers the call. I SMSed them for service. I tried many ways reaching them but to no avail. I finally got hold of an agent through online chat and then I registered another complaint. Next day executives arrived at my home and replaced it with another not functioning STB. Moreover they have replaced with a STB whose power cable ws cut and resulted in electric shock to one of my family members. I tried contacting them again several times but to no avail. After several attempts, I could register another complaint and they have replaced my STB with a brand new STB. Then they failed to pair the STB with VC card. When I contacted local dealer, they said incorrect STB and VC are paired and they advised me to register a complaint with DishTV to get it corrected. I have been going through this process of registering a complaint with DishTV. They have been deaf to me for the complaints I registered with them. They have not shown any interest in providing the services as they showed interest in collectng money from me. I am registering complaint hoping that atleast they provide the services now.
