distance education — not responding

i am G.priya., doing MA-English in Madras university distance education course ..via liberty education (bhubhaneswar -orissa ) but, they are getting more fees ..but, there is no service ..even they are not giving the time table also , material and id card also ..,i asked them soo many time and after that i got the time table from internet ..but, who gave permission to them to service ? Madras university officials must take action for this..on that liberty institution -bhubaneswar - orissa ..- thank you - G.priya - [protected]
