District Election Commissioner - Pune — Non- Receipt of Photo Identity Card

Myself ( DIBAKAR MITRA) and my wife ( SARMISTHA MITRA) - not received Election Commission's Photo- Identity Card.

Area - SHIVAJINAGAR

S.No. 1156 ( SARMISTHA MITRA ) & Sl. No. 1159 ( DIBAKAR MITRA)

We casted votes in last Vidhan Sabha Election and from the Voter's list, we noted I Card Nos.
I.Card Nos. are WZSS 5531884 (SARMISTHA MITRA) & WZSS 5531918 (DIBAKAR MITRA).

In web-sites of EC also, it is available and mentioned- Photo Available ( we submitted forms on 26.07.2009)

Only Spelling of my wife's name to be corrected- SARMISTHA MITRA

Can we know the procedure and target date of receiving the Correct Photo Identity cards.
