I had tried reaching your so called customer services rept from the 11th till now... i never got to speak to anyone all i heard was the IVR which u know for a fact would not be of any use to me CAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN to get my issue resolved... i[censored] guys have any value for your costumers u will try to fix their issues and stop playing around with them... Im done calling you guys and i am done listening to the IVR... I would like a human to get in touch with me so i could speak out my problem... please [protected]
