[Resolved]  Dlf — delay in startup of project

Dear Mr Bajrang Lal Gupta,

I understand u have invested in DLF New Town heights. Around 300 active members have come together and formed a group in Yahoo groups. We met DLF with our demands on 21st February and they have proposed to come out with a new proposal for all the consumers. Next meeting is on 15th March.

Thanks for the update .. it surely will help other customers who have invested in the New Town Heights property in Gurgaon. I look fwd to joining the group as I am based overseas and have booked an apt in Sec 86.

in life please never buy property and invest in dlf property.

they are big cheters and crooks.
they will mismanage your money.and will eat your money...they will treat you as there servants.
they do not value for there investors.

After more than a year of allotment, DLF informed me that DLF doesn't has necessary approvals i.e. Environment clearance is not in place. When I asked them to refund my money they are saying I will have to pay 5 lacs as penalty.
It's not my fault that DLF couldn't arrange for Env clearance even after 1 year. I have lost faith in DLF and want my money back with interest as I don't feel that my money is in safe hands.
