[Resolved]  DNA — NON receipt of DNA ya! copy

I haven’t received any copy DNA ya! till date in spite of repeated follow with the paper vendor.

I submitted the coupons to the vendor on 26th June 2011 for coupon starting from July 2011. He always claims that it is small skinny newspaper and it is not possible to get it. He also said that he will not deliver it to my place and I need to collect it from him early morning. I agreed to that as well.

I tried to call the number behind the coupon 43888108 and I was asked to call 43888491 to Mr Rizwan. Numbers are just ringing and never answered.

I should at least receive 3 copies for the month of July but till date nothing was received.

I like DNA newspaper and this is third year I have subscribed for Newspaper in a row. I have visited DNA Aqua on 29th May 2011 and subscribed for DNA ya! for 2 years and was really exited to hold the copy of my own.

This is very dissatisfying that we customers are handled badly from the monopoly paper vendors. Can something be done????

I manged to get the below numbers from my friend who also faced similar issue.

Sanat said bluntly that I no more handle customer complaints and disconnected the phone. Mr Naik responded on my 12th call and asked me to SMS the details. No response till 2 days. I tried to call him on 29th July 29, 2011 and he just disconnected by phone and ten switched it off.
