[Resolved]  Dna News Paper — DNA news paper not received

Yes I am also the victim of this. DNA has cheated us.

Hi We subscribed for the DNA Bangalore edition on 15th September and we assured that we will start getting our subscribed news paper from 1st of october and till date nothing is come back Even the priviledge card is not accepted anywhere, None of their contact options work phone is swithched off and the email bounces back and the sms is rejected stating wrong option was chosen

I have paid DNA annual subscription through agent. As per terms they should supply paper from October 2008. Till date no response or no supply of paper & the person collected also not traceable. Kindly help the start of the supply of DNA paper.

DNA — irregular newspaper and no coupons received

I paid the money(Rs.299) necessary for subscription of newspaper.Till date i have not recieved a single coupan and i use to receive newspaper irregularly and whenever i recieved newspaper it is very late so i am not feeling bad for loosing money but i think the way the people of DNA have treated users is very bad.Whenever i lodge complaint on their subscription line i have got same answer that your complaint has been forwarded and someone will come to your place and give you the coupans.

I totally agree with you guys.

I wonder with a start like this, will DNA ever make it here in Bangalore.

అయ్యా మేము డి ఎన్ ఏ పేపర్ 299(1 year) ప్యాకేజీ తీసుకొంటిమి. వారు మాకు పేపర్ అక్టోబర్ నుండి పేపర్ సప్లై చేస్తాము అని చెప్పిరి కాని మాకు పేపర్ సప్లై చేయుటలేదు . సో మేము ఇప్పుడు వారి పైన కేసు వేయదలచిథిమి.

I am in the same boat.
Has any one tried contacting the Head office in Mumbai and enquire if something like this "Pre Paid Subscription" in Bangalore is started ?

So what to do now...???

I am too victim of the same, was waiting for the news paper and tried to call. The numbers says switched off and now it says its not in use

I had doubt when some one calling from DNA to confirm the address he was speaking like an office boy with Tamil accent did not know how to pronounce names and streets proporly, I had to blast at him. I started doubting how are they going to serve the clients??? and now its is proved. At least they should announce that there is delay in publishing.

I am also a victim and was looking for information on the net if this campaign was really a fraud. I took pointer from the above comments and called up their Mumbai office - got bangalore nos. in turn and upon calling[protected]which is a replacement of the earlier number), I am told that the newspaper will start circulating starting December.

While it's good to know it was not fraud, it is really unfortunate that there is no official attempt to let the subscribers know about it.

Anyways, let's wait and see how it works out in December.

As zee is part of the DNA as they have invested in ICL where they could'nt gain much profit init, this is the way they have settle their loss, they are not bothered to inform the subscribers where the # given by them does'nt exist.They have said that it will start from december which year the current or the next.
