[Resolved]  Dna Newspaper — subscribed for the paper but no delivery on my name.

DNA — Regarding News Paper Delivery

I did't got the news paper on the first day itself.I'm not satisfied by DNA services.

Dna Newspaper — No Paper

First the Newspaper was DELAYED.
Next they told us give the vendor coupon and the supply will start.
Yet there has been not a single paper.
The company sends us sms saying that Rival Newspaper is threatening the vendors.
WHAT IS THE TRUTH?
The consumer has been cheated

DNA Newspaper subscription — Not received my DNA news paper

We have not received a single copy of this DNA news paper which we have subscribed in the month of September. Can I get back this subscription amount back.

Dna Newspaper — non dilevery of newspapers

the dna person came to me to take advance payments.i gave him the advance payment for the entire year.till march the news paper was peovided properly in time, but this april month dna hasnt come to my house till yet.i live in mumbai, bhandup, village road, pitruchaya building.m getting very frustrated because of such poor facility.so i[censored] have the solution to my problem which is causing me headaces kindly do so

The above ID in my wife's name was requested for renewal at your Borivali Office vide Cheque no.124335 dtd. 14.8.09 for Rs. 449/- drawn on Union Bank of India.

One Mr. Ritesh (Mob.[protected]) has promised to deliver the coupon within 2-3 days. Even after contacting the said person who kept on promising to deliver the required coupon after a couple of days, your Borivali office has failed to respond to my request positively.

I also contacted your Executive Mr. Pal (Mob: [protected]) and explained the matter. But of no use. He also failed to respond to my request.

Being an avid reader of DNA News Paper, the treatment being meted out to one of the readers is totally uncalled for.

I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE ABOVE CHEQUE IN QUESTION ONLY WHICH WAS PRESENTED TO MY BANKER ONLY ON 27/8/09. WILL YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THE CHEQUE WAS DEPOSITED SO LATE AND WITHHOLDING MY SUBSCRIPTION SO LONG ?.

DNA representative came to my place and sold me yearly subscription for Rs.500. DNA representative and paper vendor told me to handover all 12 coupons to paper vendor which I did.Thereafter I have not received a single copy. I have told 3 to 4 persons who have called me from DNA regarding this but all in vain. I have called Area manager Sanjay Patil and Shivkant Pandey but looks like they do not have time.
Please return my money ASAP. I do not have time to chase my paper vendor and your managers for newspaper. This also shows quality of service offered by DNA.

DNA paper — Not supplying of paper

Respected sir,

I opted DNA paper with exciting mood to experience new feeling but I have remained horrible experience. I had paid an amount in advance through cheque in the month of May 09 for supply of paper but till date I have not received the same. When I asked vendour to supply the paper then he told me that till date he doesnot received coupon against your cheque. Please contact Mr. Rajesh on Mobile No.[protected] In-charge of Kharghar (distribution of DNA Paper). Accordingly I called Mr. Rajesh severel time for the same. In reply he asked me that he would ask the vendour to deliver the paper but till date that date has not come .In this regard you are requested to arrange the coupon and send the same at my address so as to enable me to give the same to venour for supply of paper.

i have not received your paper since middle of january2010 and also not received BOOKLET. so i am complain many times your DNA customer care center but they don't answere.

My complaint e-mail to [protected]@dnaindia.net not delivered. N G Wagle, Tel 26182660 This was regarding 'Amul Taaza' tetrapak milk getting spoilt within 2-4 months (shelf life on label 180 days)

I receive DNA news Papaer monthly but for 22 days only. Everytime I inform to
Mr.Rajesh (DNA Supplier) on his Mobile No.[protected]. But no any action has
taken to solve my problem. Kindly take the matter as geniune one and do the
needful at the earliest.

I had booked your DNA news parer under coupon no 9257 in exhibitionist at AMRODO KA BAGH, for one year Subscription & i paid for rs 365 for the same on 15 sept 2010.
Your agent committed to me the news paper will reach at your home on day after tomorrow at the time of booking. and give me one of Phone no # [protected] for any problem if you have. MY complement is this after booking the DNA news paper only one day it was delivers at my home & no proper response on given Phone No [protected].
i was made second call on no [protected] Sunday 19/09/2010 11:53 AM they reply "AAJ TO SUNDAY HAI STAFF NAHI HAI AAP KAL CALL KARE KAL AAPKI COMPLAINT KO THIK KARE GE. when i asking Please tall me your name then say KYU complaint KARNI HAI KYA.


Please resolve my problem ASAP, i did not receiving DNA news paper after booking on 15/192010
