[Resolved] Dna Newspaper — Awaiting subscription coupons from past 20 days now..

I had subscribed for DNA on 27/09/2010 thru a stall at Andheri -Chakala- .
I paid cash of Rs. 249/- to the Executive Mr. Sunny([protected]) & Mr. Ramesh. I also recieved a call for confirmation and verification of the details next day..

However, since then I'm waiting for my coupons to be delivered which said would be delivered within 3-4 days. Its been more than 20 days and I havent yet got the same. I have been trying to reach the executives, but now they have stopped answering my calls and email to <[protected]@dnaindia.net> are also going unanswered..

want to cancel the subscription

customer care number is useless and till we dont make an subscription ur'l keep making calls and otherwise once that is done then we dont hear anything from ur'll.we havent recieved the coupons though the payment is done long ago
