Murdeshwar one of subscriber o[censored]r NEWS Paper, I have already paid Rs.199/= towards new subsciption for two years vide SBI cheque no.196100 dtd.01.01.2011. also I have received your confirmation call on my mobile, but till date I have not yet received your booklet/ coupons. Kindly reply me why is it delay so many days?

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have been subscribing DNA newspaper since two years, ...but of late i have been facing problems from the local news paper vendor, Name: POWAR News Parper, Address: Jesal Homes, Bldg.No.2., B-03, Boleshwari Road, Bolinj, Virar(W).Contact No.[protected] / [protected]. This particular Vendor is asking money Rs 10/- per month, in the name of delivery charges, and has even taken money at my absence every month, but when objected he threatens to stop the delivery.When i received the SMS for subscription it was mentioned in the message--two years subscription for only Rs 199. Nothing was mentioned regarding the delivery chargers.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and help solve the problem, i would like to remind you that during the filling subscribtion form it was no where mentioned of any kind of extra charges.

The Concerned Newspaper vendor asked all of the Commencement Coupons
for year[protected]
And when I told that Commencement Coupons are to be given on monthly
basis he refused and not only stopped DNA but said that he will stop
all news papers. He himself settled all dues till today and also
charged me for DNA till today for this month.
DNA needs to define policy for submission of Commencement Coupons with vendors.
If 12 Commencement Coupons are given to me then I assume that it is to
be submitted on monthly basis as it is mentioned in advertise of
subscription

I have been out of station from February 2013, I have directed my papers to my daughters residence. My subscription no is 2577588.
I am unable to renew subscription - I will come back to Mumbai in May 2013 at Malad east. I have shifted my residence from chembur.

m a regular regular of dna...i have 2 years quotation...it ends on 31 january 2014...but from 1 month there is a fluctuation in paper supply...and when i ask the distributor he says that paper is late and he gives some other paper...i scolded him many times but he does the same...my address as given below

I am a regular DNA reader . I had received a call from DNA to renew my subscription since it was expiring, Nobody turned up for collecting subscription. I have paid Rs.199/- - for two years. I want to renew the same and howmuch I have to pay? The vendor is asking a cheque for Rs.499/-.what is the fact?

DNA newspaper is not being given by my Vendor in Dombivli MIDC area very erratic. At times the paper did not come for a fortnight. Please look into this as am a subscriber since inception. I would like to renew my subscription through online rather than by giving cheque to your representative,

They had taken some Rs. 200 ruppes under the name of some scheme. My subscription hasn't been started yet. When i call they say it'll start soon when vendor will come and took your coupon. I had submitted coupon to vendor and he said it'll start from 1st Oct, 2014 and hadn't started yet. Worst service ever please don't buy it... Worst Worst...It would have been better if i had given that amount to some beggar atleast i had have bless from him/her.

I have paid Rs. 1099/- by cheque No. 083223 dated 04/03/2015 for two years of DNA subscription coupon. But I have not received the said coupons till today. I spoke to your person on the phone given on your website in last week, dated 05/04/2015, for the same matter but no response till today.
You have shown in your web site the customer care contact No. [protected] and email address as [protected]@dnaindia.net, I tried on your above given phone number since last one week ie.from13/04/2015, the continues replay, the said number is not existing now and there is no response from the given e -mail address too. You suggest me how can a customer contact you in this situation?
