[Resolved] Dna Newspaper — Paper stopped by agent | |||
I am a regular reader of DNA news paper, my wife and child also like DNA very much. I have subscribed DNA Prepaid Subscription Booklet No. 3326478 which has coupons validity From September 2012 to August 2014 from my New Panvel, Navi Mumbai Vendor : Mr. Patil Khanda Colony New Panvel (W). The vendor is very regular till 15.12.2012, from 15.12.2012 he stopped giving paper. I had contacted my vendor Mr. Patil on 17.12.2012 and the reason was that the DNA coupons are returned to the vendor from DNA clearing office, vendor don't no the reason he simply stopped giving DNA paper. There is no one DNA representatives are receiving the phone. I called Mr. Amit -[protected] and Mr. Amar [protected]. This is one type of harassment for people those don't have time. I had launched a complaint against Mr. Amit 2 years back through Customer care. Please let me know what is the reason for returning the coupons to the vendor, what can i do for restart my paper regularly and another small request is that kindly replace Mr. Amit from Panvel Area and give us a good representative for co operate DNA Regular customer. Can you insist me any phone number for assist me to restart the paper. I don't have time to contact my vendor personally, that's why i am writing to you this mail. Please take serious action on DNA distributor. They have taken Rs 300 as DNA subscription fee for one year from me 4 months back. But papers are not yet receiving. I stay in Rajaji Nagar-10

I am also the victim of DNA's fooling around. I too bough the subscription. I think DNA has cheated people and taken money from then and now they don't even respond. No one attends the call if we call the number 65738888 and if we try to send an sms DNACSG to 54567 we get an invalid code response. So I think all who have taken the subscription should approach DNA office for a refund.

The DNA Newpaper agency has already taken advance payment of the yearly subscription but it is not supplying the newspaper through it s own vendor or other vendors.i am not getting the newspaper from April.
Please take serious action.

Dna Newspaper — Non Delivery-Misuse of Coupons by the agents
I had subscribed to DNA Newspaper, Bangalore Edition under their founder member scheme by paying Rs.299. They started delivering the paper after a lot of delay from Dec 08. The newspaper agent collected the entire coupan and was delivering the paper for about 3 months. Later on I shifted my residence and sent a mail to DNA office requesting them to deliver the newspaper at my new address after mentioning the fact that the coupan has been collected by my old newspaper vendor. After a lot of follow up with the circulation in charge the vendor at my new place started delivering the newspaper after making a lot of noice about not handing over the coupan to him. However now, for the past 10 days he has stopped delivering the newspaper. I have made a number of calls to the DNA circulation in charge without any response. I think they are taking people for a big ride. If they cannot co-ordinate between their agents, who else can?Manikumari.R
I had started the dna newspaper scheme of Rs. 299 for whole year. I had even paid the whole amount.To dna newspaper via giving a cheque to newspaper vendor who is agent of dna. From last 4 months i m not receiving my newspaper inspite of my whole payment.

Dna Newspaper — AGENT NOT GIVING PAPER
I SUSCRIBED (B.C.SHAH) DNA NEWSPAPER ,IT CAME FOR 2-3 MONTHS ,BUT NOW THE NEWSPAPER AGENT STOPPED GIVING THE NEWSPAPER.I GAVE HIM THE COUPONS. I ALSO HAVE THE PROOF OF MY SUBCRIPTION OF NEWSPAPER.HE TELLS THAT IT IS NOT VALID.I TOLD HIM ALSO ,BUT DOES NOT GIVES. I (Vikas G. Kumthekar) has booked a 2yr subscription in December 2010.But not yet recieved the coupon the cheque isuued was cleared on 14/01/11. I had recieved a conformation call in jan but no coupon till date. No response from cust. care. Somehow managed to get a mobile no. of some sales/distributor person Mr. Sachin assure's that a representative will come with the coupon.

Complaints aganist agent.I have a subsciption of Rs.199/- from last 2 months and agent located at navi mumbai,vashi bus depot stop delevering paper from last 1 week.Kindly look in to matter.I am intrested in having a DNA news paper if agent is not capable of service providing plz dont issue any subscription to these kind of agent.And i got stuckup with this nonsense.

I have not been receiving the DNA paper ten days.I have complained to the given mail ID, talked to MR Ashish who is the local representative, but nobody has responded to my complaint .The sad part is that the news paper complaint ID people have not even bothered to acknowledge the complaint.When the companies attitude is like this what can the readers expect from the agents?.They know they can get away with anything.

I have also paid an amount of Rs 199.00 two months back for renewal of DNA subscription and come to know my coupen no 3174347. Inspite of my several reminder by call and follow up with representative Rajesh (mobile no [protected]) till today they have delivered. I have again lodge complain but nobody are interested to deliver the same.
DNA authorities can look in this matter?
