[Resolved] DNDC Infrastructures Ltd — Bullying by an employer | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, There's a company called DNDC Infrastrucres Ltd. (Chennai), HeadQuatered at Pune, I found one Mr. ThiruMurugan from it (Chennai) to be very very SHADY, non-truthful and o[censored]nprofessional character. He has been bullying me from last 8 months. From April 2010, I am working as a consultant in Infosys Technoloies Ltd, Mysore on behalf of DNDC. So far DNDC haven't provided me any Payslips. I have been ringing this guy and also wrote several emails regarding this, but he never bothers to answer my calls and moreover i get responses to my emails after 20 days. At the time of joining DNDC he told me that i need not worry about anything becasue he will look after all my requirements.But he never fullfilled any of my requests. Twice earlier i tried enquiring about other DNDC staffs from him, but very cunningly he avoided answering it and diverted himself from the topic. I need my Payslips and other docs from this company since my contract will expire on 31st Dec 2010. Regularly i have been writing e-mails to him for the same but he is turning deaf ears towards me. Is there any way that i can take a Legal Action against Mr.ThiruMurugan or the Company ? Kindly suggest on this matter. Thanking you in anticipation. Whatever you said aboe every thing is absoultely correct. i heard about this many of the guys worked in DNDC had same kind of cheat minded approach from that guy Mr.THIRU MURUGAN
I adviced you guys whoever going to join this company.please think twice because you will get lot of fraustration from them apart from the work in client in which they have deployed you.
I heard they never given pay slips and not responding well if you called them
If you joined this company.they will eat you as evil
My friend said he never met that kind of CUNNING and CRUEL minded people in his life. Because they played his career when he switch over to another company. But god knows everything.Now he is in good company
