hi my name is dharamsingh tamatta my docomo mobile number is [protected] i am receiving unwanted calls and sms from docomo promotion advertisement and for caller tunes i have wrote last month for same and i have call many times to stop all this things always i listen that calls and sms will be stop now but on last sunday at morning 9.30 call to customer care number after recd one more call i shocked to listen that i have to bear more 72 days what is this is it my mistake that i have gone for docome? i have never subscribe if it is by default you have to stop immidiatly i always work till late n i am receiving calls eary any way early or late i dont want calls sms any more please take this mail very seriously i even not thinking to say thanks or regards dharamsingh Was this information helpful? I am Vishnu, I have recharged my phone for talk time with Rs. 500.00 and received a message saying that the STV recharge is successful with ID:[protected] on 16/04/2013, but the recharge is to date not showing on my credit balance.. I even went to your Paytm web and lodged a complain and was told that I will receive a reply in 6 hour, Ticket number[protected]. I even resent a message that I have not received any reply from them. Till today nothing has happened. I think that your customer care baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad on phone and web sight. My mobile no [protected].
