DoCoMo — sim is deactivated | |||
My docomo sim is deactivated telling that adress verification is wrong. Service persons had asked me to resubmit my detail to docomo gallary. I had visited they gallary along with originals twice to docomo gallary in vashi near railway station. They tell me not to worry it will be activated within 2 days. I had been there on 11 june 10 and 29 june 10 but till today my sim is not in service. My no is [protected] Every time when I call to call centre they tell we cant help u from here u need to visit gallary and ask for it.It is the worst call center service they provide.
