DoCoMo — Plan Change for my post paid | |||
My number is [protected]. 2 months back i have changed my number to docomo and last month i requested for the plan change to the customer care they said to reach the store and when i went there they said to contact the head office and when i went there they said me we cant do here go to store. Doing like this then y the hell you guys are having the store and customer care. Utterly worst services from the operator services. Kindly terminate the services and have a training with airtel. Totally useless. I cant able to deposit the money in my account for the plan change. Have to change again to airtel next month. Was this information helpful? | |||
