[Resolved] DoCoMo — Service | |||
My son was having a sim from Docomo and he was using it during his visit to us at Kakrapar, Near Surat, Gujarat. One fie the cell was not responding. He was having a balance of about 50Rs. When contacted the customer care, no response. After long attempt and reaching back to TN, visited, they informed him that it needs verification of the credentials. To verify, is it the decent way of dealing with customers? Luckily he was with us and we arranged another sim from another service provider. Had he alone in a strange place what would have been his state? This cannot be expected from service providers Was this information helpful? | |||
