[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Refund of online payment | |||
I placed an online order today (Oct 06, 2012 at 12:57 pm). After completion of order, I made the payment. The payment was processed, the assigned outlet was "Quatab Plaza" in Gurgaon, Phase 1. But at the time of final order processing it said that "your order couldn't be placed at the outlet, if you don't try again your amount will be refunded within 7 days". I didn't tried again and instead placed an order over phone at the same outlet. I also inquired from the same outlet whether they have received any online order and they refused. So now they were not aware of any online transaction I made. I even called up the dominos number "68886888" and what they could do for me was just transferring the call to the outlet where the online order was supposed to be assigned. Now nobody is able to confirm when and how my online payment amount will be refunded back to me. -Kunal Arora Was this information helpful? | |||
